Pure Eden is a small wellness studio built around one idea, that rest isn’t a luxury, it’s something you need. Whether you’ve come for a deep tissue massage to undo a hard month, or a quieter hour of healing and reflection, you’ll find the same calm, unhurried space, looked after by the same two hands.

ASMR Session
A quiet, restful session using gentle sound, soft brushwork and light touch to bring on that distinctive tingling calm. Time to switch off completely.

Pure Eden Skincare
Made by hand.
A small skincare range, made by hand in the studio. Slow, simple balms of natural ingredients, for a quiet moment of calm at the end of the day.
Calm Balm
A soothing lavender and chamomile skin balm (60ml).
Bare Balm
A natural moisturising balm for sensitive skin (60ml).

By moonlight
The Full Moon Ceremony.
Once each month, as the moon comes full, a small circle gathers by candlelight. There is cacao to warm the hands, time to journal and sit in meditation, and a gentle ritual of letting go. The evening settles into Angelic Reiki and oracle cards. Eight of us at most, so the room stays soft and unhurried.
